夯实人力资源管理专业学生的社会适应能力,是数字经济时代人力资源管理专业人才培养的需要。基于人力资源专业人员胜任力理论建立初始编码结构,运用半结构化行为事件访谈法收集数据、NVivo软件分析数据,构建了包含人力资源、个人特质、战略贡献、文化与变革等4个节点维度共16个子节点的人力资源专业人员能力框架,以此为基础,开发数字经济时代人力资源管理专业能力图谱,以推动人才培养与数字经济时代人力资源专业人员能力要求紧密衔接。
Abstract:Enhancing the social adaptability of human resource management students is a necessity for cultivating human resource management talents in the digital economy era. Based on the competency theory of human resource professionals, an initial coding structure was established. Data were collected using a semi-structured behavioral event interviews and analyzed with NVivo software. A competency framework for human resource professionals is constructed, which includes 16 sub-nodes across four dimensions: human resources, personal traits, strategic contributions, and culture & change. On this basis, a competency map for human resource management major in the digital economy era is developed, aiming to closely align talent cultivation with the competency requirements of human resource professionals in the digital economy.
